Workshop: Introduction to the data science life cycle (using R)
Workshop Overview:听This workshop presents an overview of the data science life cycle using the programming language R in the statistical programming environment RStudio. Using a simple data set, the instructor will walk participants through the different steps of the data science life cycle (e.g., manipulation, plotting, communication, code version control), presenting relevant R packages and representative commands for each step.
This tutorial is designed to help the learner prepare for the larger set of CDSI training offerings on the various specific stages of the data science life cycle.
