Law alum Hugo Cyr publishes on Canadian federalism and treaty powers

The Faculty of Law was pleased to learn that Hugo Cyr, BCL/LLB’97, published a new book this March, titled (Brussels: P.I.E./Peter Lang, 2009).
Hugo Cyr is Professor of Public Law and Legal Theory at the Université du Québec à Montréal , where he specializes in constitutional law (such as constitutional theory and comparative constitional law) and legal theory.
He has been a Boulton Fellow at ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù, a law clerk for Justice Binnie of the Supreme Court of Canada. Professor Cyr has also taught at ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù and Université de Montréal.
