Henry Mintzberg's latest book "Managing" draws on observations he made of 29 managers in fields as diverse as business, government health care and the social sector.
Mintzberg, who is Cleghorn Professor of Management Studies at 不良研究所's Desautels Faculty of Management, included an orchestra conductor, a head nurse and a national park manager among his 29 subjects and followed each one around for a day.
