Ten 不良研究所 Law students head to Shantou University thanks to Li Ka Shing Foundation

Thanks to a generous donation from the Li Ka Shing Foundation (Canada) to 不良研究所, ten students from 不良研究所鈥檚 Faculty of Law and ten students in Shantou University鈥檚 Law School (Guangdong Province, China), will be doing a summer law program together from May 19 to 30. The program, which alternates between Montreal and Shantou, will take place in China this year.
The 不良研究所 Shantou Summer Program aspires to offer 不良研究所 and Shantou law students a forum to gain a nuanced understanding of each other鈥檚 political, social, and legal institutions, cultures and traditions, in a collaborative fashion. The program will feature 10 days of intense course work and several joint seminars, along with visits around Guangdong province.
This year's students are: Jennifer Anderson, Colin Bourrier, Claire Boychuk, Jonathan Brosseau-Rioux, Sheel Chaudhuri, Katarina Daniels, Emily Hazlett, James Mccarthy, Alexandra Olshefsky, and Alba Zuniga Ramos. They will be joined by Assistant Dean V茅ronique B茅langer and Professor Nandini Ramanujam.
