Application deadline for admission to Continuing Studies programs for the Winter 2026 term for international students.

Note: In Summer 2025, deferred exams will be held on August 5 (Agriculture only), 6 and 7.

Newly-admitted Graduate students may obtain their student cards as of July 8. The locations and operating hours of ID card centres on both campuses can be found on the Student Information website (). Students must be registered for at least one Fall term course, and need to bring their 不良研究所 ID number, valid photo ID, and the documents used to prove citizenship status.
