Examination period for Winter term and multi-term courses given by Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, Arts (including Social Work & Religious Studies), Continuing Studies, Education, Engineering (including Architecture), Graduate Studies, Law, Management, Music, Nursing, Occupational Therapy (U1 & U2), Physical Therapy (U1 & U2) and Science (including B.A.&Sc.).

Deadline to apply for unsatisfactory or probationary academic standing readmission in Arts (including School of Social Work and School of Religious Studies) for the Fall 2026 term.

Summer readmission is not possible, regardless of the academic standing of the student.

(Tentative Date) IMMUNIZATION DUE for newly-admitted Dentistry and Medicine students.

Application deadline for Special and Visiting applicants for Fall 2026 admission to Agricultural & Environmental Sciences, Arts (including Social Work & Religious Studies), Education, Engineering (including Architecture), Management, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy or Science by applicants who last studied at college or university outside Canada as well as applicants who are studying or who last studied at a college or university in Canada.

Some newly-admitted undergraduate students, once they have confirmed their offer of admission but before registration begins, are permitted to change their major programs via Minerva. See "New Students" website below:
