Building Inclusive Living Spaces in Our Residence Halls

Many of you will be familiar with the 鈥Rez Project鈥 workshops for students living in our residence halls. The workshops address gender, sexuality and consent 鈥 important and essential topics that lead to more inclusive spaces on campus. Our office has an incredible team leading the project, and this year the workshops are being supported in new ways, including having paid and trained facilitators leading sessions. Feedback so far has been positive, and the residence community (students, floor-fellows, residence life managers, and others) have been supportive and so helpful. (Thank you!) There鈥檚 still time to take part in Rez Project: there are two make-up sessions for residence students (Oct. and ), and two 鈥渙pen sessions鈥 for any interested students on Oct. and (registration required). Study hard, stay well.
