In February, the Desautels EDI Team, along with BNP Paribas鈥� Black Heritage ERG, hosted the informative panel event, 鈥楪rowing Careers in the Financial Sector to celebrate Black History Month鈥�. BNP panelists and I offered students insights into important skills needed to succeed and provided valuable networking opportunities.
Following the success of our first gender identity workshop in collaboration with GRIS-Montr茅al last November, a second workshop was held on March 13, allowing us to learn more about the experiences of gender-diverse individuals in our community.
In reaffirming our commitment to inclusivity, we acknowledge that the Islamic holy month of Ramadan began this week. Several community members are fasting and may require accommodations.
