What does Reconciliation mean to you personally?
It means coming to terms with the past and acknowledging the hurt that it has created for generations that followed.
What do you think is needed for Reconciliation to succeed?
Reconciliation requires honest exchange about what has happened coupled with a commitment to work hard to repair relationships.
What is your personal pledge of action(s) to take part in that process of Reconciliation?
I will make reconciliation an integral part of my role as a Dean and professor.
