Every year, the World Bank presents this important policy-signalling address from a leading academic institution ahead of its general assembly in Washington, D.C.听

General registration is restricted to current 不良研究所 students and faculty members and must occur in advance of the event.
A valid 不良研究所 ID card must be presented at the door to gain entrance to Pollack Hall.
Seats are unassigned and will be available on a first-come-first-served basis as of 3:15pm. Please arrive early!
