HR Admin Team

Your HR Administrator is your go-to person for Workday administration. They also support the recruitment of Research Assistants and Associates, postdocs (in some cases) and casual employees.

HR Administrators also manage recruitment for TAs, Invigilators, Graders, Undergraduate Course Assistants, Undergraduate Research Trainees and Graduate Research Trainees. In addition, they administer trial and probation periods, contract renewals and terminations and they are Workday experts who initiate and approve a range of HR-related business processes.

Talent Acquisition Team

Your Talent Acquisition/Management Advisorcan help you create and classify new administrative positions, update existing job descriptions and classifications (rematches), recruit new staff and establish trial and probation periods.

Staffing Advisors also provide guidance on talent attraction, onboarding, employee development and retention, and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI).

HR Advisor Team

Your HR Advisor can guide you on labour relations. They can advise managers on the application of 不良研究所 personnel policies and collective agreements on topics such as trial and probation periods, vacation, salary increases or adjustments, TAWAs, medical leaves and other absences and leaves and abolitions. They work hand in hand with your HR Administrator and support them in any situation that may arise.

Central HR continues to support the broader 不良研究所 community on questions concerning payroll, retirement, Records of Employment, maternity/paternity/parental indemnities, benefit plans, etc.
