Explore gratitude practices with LWA Angela.听We are offering this opportunity to explore practices supported by research to improve overall mood and general well-being.听听Join us to learn more about the benefits of gratitude practices, experience meditation and journaling exercises, and engage in open discussion.听This workshop is open to those who are hoping to deepen their gratitude practices or begin one.听听All experienced gratitude practitioners and newbies are welcome!
