Professor Dupuis has extensive experience in the development and application of statistical and computational methods for genome-wide association studies, gene-by-environment interaction investigation, genetic meta-analysis, rare variant analysis, and omics data integration, with special emphasis on the development of novel statistical approaches to analyze genetic and genomic data collected on related individuals. She collaborates on several projects to elucidate the genetic architecture of complex diseases such as type 2 diabetes and pulmonary function traits and diseases.
