Will we need a COVID vaccine booster? Fall unlikely, but spring a possibility - National Post, June 26, 2021

Dr. Catherine Hankins, Professor at the Department of Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Occupational Health and co-chair of Canada's COVID-19 Immunity Task Force is among the experts quoted by the National Post.

"鈥oosters are also an issue for Canada鈥檚 national COVID-19 immunity task force. 鈥淧eople are getting their second shot, and getting the peace of mind that comes with knowing that you鈥檝e got good protection against hospitalization and severe disease and death,鈥 said Dr. Catherine Hankins, co-chair of the task force and a professor in 不良研究所鈥檚 School of Population and Global Health. But the science is evolving. 鈥淲e don鈥檛 know is that good for six months? Is it good for two years?鈥"
