Overview
Accounting : An introduction to financial and managerial accounting from the user perspective. Accounting concepts, elements of financial statements, including analysis and interpretation thereof. Behaviour of costs, cost-volume-profit analysis, job and standard costs, budgeting and performance measurement, relevant costs for decision making, evaluation of long term investments.
Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2011-2012 academic year.
