Exigences du programme
Ce certificat vise à inculquer aux étudiants les connaissances nécessaires pour créer une entreprise et assurer sa viabilité. Les participants devront concevoir des outils pour préparer un plan d'affaires, communiquer avec les conseillers financiers, interpréter les états financiers, préparer un plan de marketing et de ventes et présenter un produit ou un service à des investisseurs potentiels. Des intervenants extérieurs, issus de diverses entreprises, seront invités à intervenir dans certains cours pour replacer les enseigneÂments théoriques dans un contexte pratique. Through readings, case studies, discussions and projects the class evaluates alternative ethical systems and norms of behaviour and draws conclusions as to the right, proper and just decisions and actions in the face of moral dilemmas. The focus of this course is on the decision process, values and consistency of values of the individual and on the impact of systems control and incentives on managerial morality.
