Overview

Food Science : Basic concepts of various contaminants in cannabis. Sources, basic biology/chemistry, classification and testing, method validation and quality assurance procedures to avoid microbial/chemical contamination.

Terms: This course is not scheduled for the 2020-2021 academic year.

  • Corequisites: PLNT 470, FDSC 475, FDSC 477

  • Restriction: Open only to students enrolled in the Diploma in Commercial Cannabis
