Program Requirements
Le certificat en gestion des services de santé et des services sociaux permet aux étudiants d'acquérir des connaissances de base intégrées en gestion des services de santé et des services sociaux. Ce programme vise le développement des compétences requises dans la gestion quotidienne de la prestation de services, tenant compte à la fois du volet humain et de la performance organisationnelle.

Comportement organisationnel : An overview of leadership theories and models related to the management of teams in organizational settings. Topics such as team dynamics, underlying factors to successful and ineffective teamwork, strategies for supporting managers in improving team performance and team building will be addressed. In addition, practical strategies and leadership skills for leading teams will be applied and developed.
