Le certificat permet d'acquérir des connaissances plus avancées en informatique et offre une base solide dans les concepts et les techniques essentielles à la planification, à la conception et au développement efficace d'applications logicielles et de systèmes, et dans l'emploi des connaissances informatiques en technologies d'Internet et de réseau.
