A new approach to music theory education. 聽Three videos illustrate the master apprentice method of teaching the art of counterpoint with all transpositions and shortenings of cadential passages. 聽The videos, filmed at the Schulich School of Music, feature a spectacular four octave Italian 聽harpsichord that is part of the Kenneth Gilbert Harpsichord Collection.

Graduates of the Schulich School of Music聽posted a clean sweep of the jazz category at Saturday鈥檚 Juno Awards in Winnipeg.

Program alumni Christine Jensen, Mike Downes and Mike Rud took home the hardware for Contemporary Jazz Album of the Year,Traditional Jazz Album of the Year and Vocal Jazz Album of the Year respectively.
