PCR testing for rodent and/or human pathogens:
- Cell lines 鈥� primary and continuous
- Cell line products, such as basement membrane matrix proteins
- Feeder cells (e.g., splenocytes and thymocytes)
- Ascites
- Purified antibodies

Specimen requirements
- Two frozen, undiluted aliquots of 200uL each per cell line.

Special note:
Cell number is not critical, but please indicate on the lab requisition if it is greater than 5x107 cells/ml.听
