Urban arts at James Lyng High: Melissa Proeitti, Jimmy Baptiste interviewed

In 2015 DISE听embarked on a program to support the transformation of听James Lyng High into the first urban arts school in Canada, with the goals of engaging听students and improving听success rates.听The partnership grant, "Building partnership synergy between school, university, and community artists", is funded by the听Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC), led by DISE Prof.听Bronwen Low, and听supported by DISE Profs.听Mindy Carter, Claudia Mitchell and听Elizabeth Wood.听
