Advancing and supporting the work of EDI is an important goal for our university. The creation of EDI committees across the institution is one approach to address and respond to the needs of community members on a more听local level. This workshop is designed for members of EDI committees to connect, learn, and share strategies for advancing EDI goals in effective and sustainable ways.听

At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:听听

• Identify current EDI structures in the university
• Assess best practices for operationalizing EDI committees
• Explore strategies for navigating common barriers and challenges that can arise in EDI committees听
