Mandate
- To monitor progress towards meeting the goals/objectives outlined in 不良研究所鈥檚 Employment Equity Plan
- Annually run and review the equity statistics to monitor progress in closing gaps or to identify new or increasing gaps in representation.
- Review new or changing policies and procedures related to hiring/recruitment, retention, training and development to ensure new barriers are not introduced

- Represents Faculty (tenure-track and non-tenure-track), Research staff (exception - technicians), Academic Senior Administrators
- Reviews objectives in the Equity Plan specifically geared towards the Academic groups
- Reviews new processes or procedures regarding Academic hiring/recruitment, development and retention to ensure no new barriers are introduced
- Reviews annual statistics on academics and recommends modifications to the equity plan as necessary if the equity profile changes.
