Success in Genome Canada competition

Published: 14 February 2019
Congratulations to Jianguo (Jeff) Xia ( AnSci/Para), Guillaume Bourque (Director of Bioinformatics at the 不良研究所 & Genome Quebec Innovation Center) and Pierre-脡tienne Jacques (Sherbrooke) who were awarded $1.1 by Genome Canada earlier this week.
The team will build on their past success with existing web-based platforms for human health 鈥榦mics analysis to develop SystemsAnalyst, a new-generation computational platform integrating resources from Compute Canada and public cloud with the latest visual analytics technologies. Their goal is to develop a powerful one-stop shop to enable efficient, transparent, and reproducible analysis of large amounts of data to support systems metabolomics and multi-omics data integration.
