Neuro Single Cell Discussion: Pseudotime trajectory analysis 101: Getting your single cells in order
Neuro Single Cell Discussions are events aimed at bringing together the single cell community. They are in-person single cell educational events which complement 不良研究所's Single Cell Club (singlecellclub.ca), and are composed of several annual educational networking events (in-person with refreshments) each academic year. It brings together researchers from across Montreal who are interested in or are already using various single cell technologies in neurobiology, with an emphasis on education and knowledge sharing.

Talk Abstract
鈥婽his session will cover how analyses of single cell RNA sequencing data using pseudo time trajectory or velocity analysis can be used to understand cell lineages. It will demonstrate and discuss when to use such a computational approach, what computational packages (such as Monocle and Velocyto) to choose from and how to use them for cell ordering.
