Proposing an Event

1. Refer to the and to avoid scheduling conflicts
2. Submit your proposal听for approval at least 6 months prior to the proposed event
3. Submitted forms will be received by Debbie.Rashcovsky [at] mcgill.ca (Debbie Rashcovsky). She will contact you if more information is required
4. Proposals will听be reviewed at the monthly meeting of the Events Committee

Requests for financial support of events must be submitted communications.neuro [at] mcgill.ca (subject: Sponsorship) (Neuro Communications).
