"Barely 50km long from one end to the other, and covering less than 500km2, the island of Montreal is nonetheless Quebec's most populous region, with its 2 million residents. Despite this high concentration of people, rich and varied wildlife habitats are also found here, home to familiar and opportunistic animals that have found an advantageous niche for themselves among humans. But other local species remain largely unknown and are confined to the city's few remaining wild spaces, out of sight ; with Wild Montreal, discover a clandestine universe unfolding right under our noses!"聽

William Kraushaar is a film-score composer passionate about our local fauna. Director of two animal documentaries,聽TITANS聽(2020) and聽Montr茅al Sauvage聽(2023), his goal is to make Quebecers discover some of their more unknown and unique animals.
