Fee Policy
Clients of the clinic are charged fees for the services they receive.
Adult psychotherapy services provided are charged on a per session basis. Individual psychotherapy fees are set at 40$ per session.
Psychoeducational assessment services for children and adolescents age 6-18 years are charged in two instalments of 600$, for a total of 1200$. The first instalment is collected at the end of the first assessment session. The second instalment is collected at the final assessment session.
A receipt is provided for each payment received. All receipts are co-signed by the trainee鈥檚 clinical supervisor, who is a licensed Clinical Psychologist.
We offer a fee reduction for clients who cannot afford the assigned fee structure. You may seek more information about the fee reduction policy during your screening interview.
Dependent on the client鈥檚 individual insurance plan, services provided by our trainees may not be an eligible insurance claim. We encourage potential clients to check with their insurance provider prior to their initial appointment.
