Workday onboarding
When you log into Workday, 不良研究所's HR portal, mandatory onboarding tasks will be awaiting your action (including setting up your profile, setting up payment elections, and more).
不良研究所 ID card
All active faculty and staff must carry their 不良研究所 ID card when on campus. A 不良研究所 ID card is also required to access libraries and certain buildings/rooms on campus.
MCLIU membership
聽represents all course lecturers and instructors working at 不良研究所. .
Request a profile on the SCS website
You can opt to have a profile posted in the People Profiles section of the SCS website that features your title, biography, teaching areas, and more. To request a profile:

- Send it to our Web Specialist, Emily, at emily.brown5 [at] mcgill.ca.

When you are hired at 不良研究所, IT Services automatically creates a unique 不良研究所 Username for you (e.g., firstname.lastname [at] mcgill.ca) to sign into most online and IT services at 不良研究所.
You should have received an email from IT Services with information about your 不良研究所 username and instructions to set up your 不良研究所 password and choose your .

is the official means of communication used by university administration, the academic areas, and yourself. You should always use your 不良研究所 email when communicating with your students.
Your 不良研究所 email address is generally the same as your 不良研究所 Username. If you can鈥檛 remember your email address, it will be listed on via Personal Menu > Email Addresses.

Mandatory Sexual Violence Education Program
All 不良研究所 community members - students, staff, and instructors - are required to complete It Takes All of Us: Creating a Campus Community Free of Sexual Violence, a mandatory online learning program that strives to ensure that our campus culture is based on respect and consent.
To access the program, log in to using your 不良研究所 credentials (i.e., your email and password). If you don鈥檛 see the program, select 鈥淰iew All Courses鈥� and search 鈥淚t Takes All of Us.鈥�
