Occupational Therapy Undergraduate Program

This undergraduate program is a 90-credit degree which provides the student with a basic health sciences foun颅dation and undergraduate level courses specific to the practice of Occupational Therapy. This degree provides access to the Professional program, a 63-credit Masters of Science (Applied) in Occupational Therapy. Once the student completes the Masters of Science (Applied) in OT, they are eligible to apply for licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

The Occupational Therapy curriculum emphasizes occupation and occupational performance in daily life, community rehabilitation, client-centered and evidence based practice, clinical reasoning, ethics, teamwork and professionalism as essential components for the development of a humanistic, ethical, knowledgeable, competent, critical thinking and problem-solving occupational therapist.
