Travel Guidelines (formerly Travel Procedures)

Excerpt from Travel Guidelines:听

不良研究所 strives to provide its community members who have to travel for academic or administrative reasons with safe and reliable travel services, while balancing 不良研究所鈥檚 cost containment with its sustainability objectives.

The Guidelines apply to University Sponsored Travel. For clarity, this extends to all travel booked and paid/reimbursed by 不良研究所, for faculty, staff, students, and visitors.

The Traveler follows the Guidelines for all University Sponsored Travel and related business expenses.

Registration Form for Faculty/Staff Traveling on University Business

All University business travel must be registered through this form to ensure coverage for any unforeseen medical emergencies while traveling outside your province of residence.

You must log in with your 不良研究所 credentials (email and password) to access this form.

Note that some travel destinations must be pre-approved. More information about Business Travel coverage is available here.
