The series launches on September 22nd with Professor Jennifer Ronholm, Asssitant Professor (Food/Animal Science).
Dr. Ronholm鈥檚聽interests primarily lie in understanding the role of the microbiome in determining the susceptibility of individuals (both humans and agricultural animals) to infections. In 2020, she was named a World Economic Forum Young Scientist and won the Macdonald Campus Award for Teaching Excellence!
Professor Ronholm will look at the topic of antibiotics in agriculture and the聽impact on our food supply.聽
