Author, health professional, speaker, and change agent Merryl Hammond will discuss her experiences navigating her own mental illness. Hammond will be joined by her daughter who will share reflections on being a 鈥測oung caregiver鈥� to a parent with bipolar. Interactive format, with Q&A and book signing at the end for those interested in Hammond's Mad Like Me.
Please join us and help break the stigma against mental illnesses of all kinds, in all age groups.
