ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Nadia Ponce Morales has more than 12 years of experience in the international development sector and she is passionate about advancing youth engagement.
As a founding member of the EQWIP HUBs project design team, she鈥檚 currently developing new partnerships and initiatives to attract young talent to one of 12 EQWIP HUBs innovation centers located in Bolivia, Ghana, Indonesia, Peru, Tanzania and Senegal. The unique setting of EQWIP HUBs allows Canadian students and graduates with different levels of experience to share their knowledge and talent to solving the increasingly complex issue of youth unemployment and underemployment.
Having previously worked for global leaders in sustainable development, including Canada World Youth and SUCO, Nadia has successfully used her knowledge and expertise to create initiatives and projects that benefit young people and women in more than 15 countries. Nadia holds a Master鈥檚 degree in International Relations and a Graduate Diploma in Management and Sustainable Development. She is an alumna of the Governor General鈥檚 Canadian Conference on Leadership.
