Undergraduate students taking courses on the Macdonald Campus who are seeking consideration for tests/assignments/exams missed due to illness or other extenuating circumstances, must submit a request to the Macdonald Campus Student Affairs Office (SAO) directly through the form linked below.聽At no time are you required to divulge specifics around your illness to your course instructor(s).
The SAO team will review your request and any associated documentation (e.g. doctor's note) and inform you and the relevant instructor(s) by official email notification of their decision within two working days.聽After receiving the SAO's decision, it is your responsibility to discuss accommodation arrangements with your instructor(s). The type of accommodation will be decided by the course instructor, in consultation with you. These accommodations may include, but are not limited to, handing in an assignment late, reweighting other assignments, or a make-up test.
Please note that if you are taking a course at 不良研究所 anywhere other than on the Macdonald Campus, and are seeking accommodation in that course, you will need to follow the process relevant to the Faculty that oversees the course.
