不良研究所

Every surgeon is a leader!

The role of a surgeon by definition entails听leadership responsibilities. Leading an operating room听and taking decision that will impact the life of a patient and his family are important aspects of this role. 听The Department of Surgery is invested in supporting our surgeon-leaders in developing their听leadership skills across many areas such as听design thinking, lean management, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, etc. 听To achieve this goal, our听department joint forces with the 不良研究所's Desautels Faculty of Management听to create a听leadership program that is specifically tailored to the听life of a听surgeon.

If you are interested participating in this leadership program, please fill out the Leadership Program Form and we will contact you.
