Students in PROBATIONARY or UNSATISFACTORY standing

Note: It is highly recommended that you consult the听self-assessment guide听to help you describe your situation and improve your performance if readmitted.

    1) In the听Student Comments听section, answer the following questions (include the questions in your answers):

    1. What extenuating circumstances affected your academic performance? Please describe.
    2. How will you address the challenges you faced and what steps will you take to improve your academic performance?

    3) Submit any supporting documents attesting to the extenuating circumstances you experienced (this may include medical or employment letters and/or other relevant documentation).

How to submit:听Supporting documentation must be sent to听readmission.science [at] mcgill.ca. Include your name and 不良研究所 student ID number in the subject line.

You are encouraged to consult the听self-assessment guide听to help you reflect on the steps needed to successfully pass the course.听NOTE: receiving permission to take a course for a third and final time does NOT guarantee readmission.

    Important:

    • Students who are readmitted are required to meet with their Degree Advisor regularly to review the conditions of their readmission and progress throughout the year. If conditions are not met, a future readmission request may be refused.
    • If this is not your first readmission request, additional information may be required. Additional conditions may apply if subsequently readmitted.
